Based in mid-Sussex I am a Personal and Professional coach. I trained with award winning author Curly Martin of Achievement Specialists, a leading UK Life Coach Training organisation.
I trained with Inner Compass in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to Master Practitioner level which means I can support you in removing self-limiting beliefs, inhibitions, doubts and habits.
I have a particular interest in helping clients who are looking to return to work, change career direction or achieve even more in their existing career.
As a senior manager with a FTSE 100 company for 16 years, coaching managers to excel in personal development, people and change management, I can bring these skills to benefit you or your company.
I left corporate life to develop my own coaching practice and help others towards a positive attitude to change.
